WHAT WE COVER — FREE OF CHARGE

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you for:
- Defective products (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
- Items that do not match the product description
To claim: email kwazellc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

- Returns due to incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Returns due to change of mind after the item has been printed
- Returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

We include a detailed size guide on every product page. RADFèKLAN clothing is designed for children ages 2 to 7. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. If a sizing issue is caused by an error in our size guide, we will issue a replacement at no charge.
