LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at kwazellc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Do not discard damaged items until we confirm a resolution. Photos are required for all damage claims.
